What is the limit of one’s convenience? 

Or, more to the point, how valuable is the ability to move through the world without friction? 

I like being able to flow with the favorable currents, and I understand that there are times when one must paddle against the current for growth or to avoid becoming a catastrophic wreck. 

But how does one weigh how frictionless things should be, and is that the way to make decisions? In work, in relationships, in existence?
